Information we collect

Account details — your name, phone number, and (if you sign in with Google or Apple) your email address. Your phone number links your account to your loyalty profile.
Loyalty & purchase activity — points earned and redeemed, visit count, and amounts spent when a team member scans your loyalty QR at the counter.
Reservations — booking date, time, party size, and any notes you provide.
Device & notifications — a push-notification token and basic device type, so we can send you offers and updates you’ve allowed.
App usage — limited technical information needed to operate and improve the app.

How we use your information

To run the loyalty programme — award and redeem points and show your balance and tier.
To manage your table reservations.
To send you offers, promotions, and occasion messages (for example birthday wishes) where you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
To operate, secure, and improve the app.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the app, under confidentiality obligations — including Google Firebase (authentication and secure database) and the Expo push-notification service (to deliver notifications). We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we use industry-standard measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Your choices

Marketing messages — opt out of promotional notifications in the app’s settings or by contacting us.
Notifications — turn off push notifications any time in your device settings.
Access & deletion — request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by contacting us at the address below.

Children

The app is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
